“Tone in Ten” T-Tapp Workouts

Sometimes, there are seasons in our life when we need a good option for shorter workouts. Maybe you’re coming out of a recent illness, wanting to gradually bring in exercise in manageable pieces, or perhaps you are managing a thyroid or adrenal issue that causes you to struggle with exercise tolerance!
Maybe you want an option for a fitness routine that can be done on “off” days when you don’t want to do a lot, but you still want to move your body!
This class package includes 10 different classes to rotate through for the days you don’t want to do a full workout, but you want to get in some kind of movement. Think of it as your “daily fix!” This class includes a mix of T-Tapp moves to strengthen, along with stretches to lengthen. It’s the perfect combo!
All the workouts in this class package are around 10 minutes long, and includes standing and floor workouts to choose from.
Skill Level:
It is recommended you are familiar with T-Tapp before using this class as if does go fast and you will need to know the basic form techniques. If you are new, try my Fundamentals Class or Healthy Hormones Series!
About Your Trainer
Margaret Barry has been T-Tapping since 2013 and personally trained with Teresa Tapp. In addition to certifying as a T-Tapp Trainer in August 2016 and a Master T-Tapp Trainer in February of 2019, she is a Nutritional Therapist and Certified Fitness Trainer.
