These workouts are a little longer than my other sets, and feature a wide variety of T-Tapp moves from Healthy Hormones, Senior fit, Total workout, Basic Workout, Hit the Floor, Ladybug, and Brain-Body Fitness Floor.

The floor workouts have a Brain-Body Fitness Floor flavor to them and include a comprehensive workout of the abs and synergist muscles like the glutes.

This is my first class package to feature standing AND floor workouts, in one set. And my first set with 2 stand-alone arm workouts, too!

The classes include moves that focus on the core and its synergist muscles (like the glutes!) as well as extra focus on getting activation in your arms. If you know my coaching style, you know I want you to fully understand the “how” and “why” of each move, and learn to self-correct your own form at home.

I give plenty of new form reminders along the way, without being too “talky.” I also add in a lot of fascia work and even some corrective exercise style cuing!

What this class covers:

  • 3 standing workouts (all around 30 minutes each)
  • 3 floor workouts (all around 25 minutes each)
  • 2 stand-alone arm workouts (around 10 minutes each)

About Your Trainer

Margaret Barry has been T-Tapping since 2013 and personally trained with Teresa Tapp. In addition to certifying as a T-Tapp Trainer in August 2016 and a Master T-Tapp Trainer in February of 2019, she is a Nutritional Therapist and Certified Fitness Trainer.
